Life Lines, Selected Life Drawings 2011-2021, is a full-colour, 188-page A4 paperback featuring a selective trawl through a decade of my life drawing output. It’s the first time in print for any of my masses of non-commissioned work.

The chronological, year-by-year format clearly shows the evolution and progression of this strand of my output over the period, both technically and stylistically. It also provides an insight into the growth of the local life-drawing scene in recent years, during which the popularity of the art form has gone from strength to strength. 

The book contains (whisper it) almost a thousand individual figure drawings and the accompanying text provides informative background details relating to the featured images as well as countless digressions on technique and the creative process.
